We come to you — hands-on training at your California barn or facility
We come to you. Hands-on CPR and first aid training at your California barn or facility — we bring all the equipment. Tailored to equestrian scenarios: what to do when someone falls, gets kicked, or goes into cardiac arrest in a rural setting. Choose awareness training or full Red Cross certification (CPR, first aid & AED). Every clinic includes a complimentary walk-through of your facility with verbal safety recommendations — no written report, but real eyes on your setup.
Automated External Defibrillator
Every barn should have an AED. We help you choose the right model for your facility and advise on placement and cabinet options. AED training is included in our Red Cross certification clinic.
One contract covers your entire facility — staff training, compliance documentation, and annual renewal. Flat annual pricing for California equestrian facilities.
Summer camps and youth programs require certified staff. Annual training contracts keep you compliant and your staff confident.
Cal/OSHA applies the moment you have employees. We handle training, documentation, and annual compliance reviews under one contract.
PATH International accreditation requires staff safety training. We provide the hands-on clinics and documentation your certification demands.
Our CPR & First Aid clinics are submitted for CHA Continuing Education approval. Instructors earn required annual credits doing training that actually applies to their work.
We'll put together a custom proposal for your facility — training days, compliance docs, and annual renewal included.
About our in-person clinics and certification options.
Awareness training covers the same hands-on skills — CPR, first aid, AED use — but does not include the Red Cross skills test or card. It's a great option for barn owners who want their staff trained without the formal certification process. Red Cross certification includes a skills evaluation and a 2-year digital card recognized by employers and regulatory agencies.
We come to you. We bring all manikins, AED trainers, first aid supplies, and instructional materials. You just need a space large enough for your group — a tack room, arena, or covered area all work fine.
We can accommodate groups of all sizes. Smaller groups (2–6) get more hands-on time per person. Larger groups may be split into rotations. Contact us to discuss what works best for your facility.
Cal/OSHA requires that a sufficient number of employees be trained in first aid when a medical facility is not near the worksite — which applies to most California barns. Certification is the most defensible way to document compliance, though awareness training can also be part of a broader safety program.
After the clinic, we do a brief walk-through of your facility and provide verbal safety recommendations — things like first aid kit placement, AED location, evacuation route visibility, and emergency contact accessibility. You won't receive a written report, but you'll leave with a clear picture of your highest-priority gaps.
